you backup my website?
Yes.
We backup all our web
servers every single day. No extra charge. ;-)
You are STRONGLY ADVISED
to keep your own backup copy as well, just to be safe.
Please keep in mind that
our daily backups are designed to restore your site in the
event of a catastrophic failure, not to replace a file you
accidentally deleted. With that in mind, restoring
your site from our backup is offered on a Best-Effort
basis.
We only maintain a backup
for seven days from the current date, so in the event you
need us to restore your site, please notify us IMMEDIATELY
via the Trouble Ticket system inside your control panel.

Sure.

your domain management area (provided by the company your
registered your domain thru) and edit the Name Servers
(sometimes called DNS Settings).
You'll point your domain

Simply point any/all your
domain names to the above name servers and add the domains
to your account via your control panel.

I've
changed my name servers over. Why is my site still
not showing up online?
It generally takes 24-72
hours for the domain name servers across the world to propagate
(or update).
Once the world's name
servers are updated with your site's new location, your
domain name will work properly.
If it's been longer than
72 hours and you're still having problems, please submit a
trouble ticket from inside your control panel. We'll
help you iron everything out and get you on your way.

between the Value plan and the Power plan is only
